ListPod.net

Tuesday, June 10, 2008 ListPod

I just completed a new website, ListPod.net. All too often I see websites powered by user-submitted content, and commonly users can vote on said content and the more popular items rise to the top. There are sites for wallpapers/photos, hotel reviews, restaurant listings, product ratings, and so on. Most of these sites are pretty good at what they do (and well specialized), however my idea for ListPod is to make a single, powerful engine for organizing anything and everything into lists and items.

Go check it out!

Yage3d.net

Monday, June 9, 2008

This announcement is way way overdue, but well over a year ago I created a website for my game engine. It's at yage3d.net.

Yage Demo

Thursday, June 15, 2006

I put together a small app/game to demonstrate the game engine I've been working on for the last 9 months.  Check it out on the project page.

I also added a new comment system for the updates to this site.  Try it out!

[Edit]
Comment system got spammed, I'll fix it next time I feel like it.

Minor Changes

Monday, May 22, 2006

I made some minor changes to the underlying code for better speed and Opera compatibility.  I also added three more websites to my collection.

Bible Study

Sunday, Feb 26, 2006

I installed a media-wiki powered Bible Study site hosted from this site.  I'd been accumulating quite a few notes from my own study of the Bible (all in text files) which were growing quite unorganized.  Having everything in wiki format well help with that aspect, and it also opens it up for collaboration since now my friends can also add and edit pages.

Site Relaunch

Saturday, Feb 18, 2006

I've competely redesigned Directory 512 with a new look.  I was growing rather tired of the old site and felt that it reflected poorly on me as a web-designer.  Fortunately, this new design is much cleaner, web-compliant, and cross-browser compatible.

I've also added a significant amount of new content in the projects and photos sections, so go check it out if you're interested.  And for the curious, this site is named Directory 512 because it's a directory of everything I wish to make public and that 512 is one of my favorite numbers (29).
